Purpose of Patient Relation and Main Role:
Acts as a liaison between customers and patients of health care services and DSFH healthcare providers and administration, staff, nurse and physician; by identifying patients need and expectation, assisting, documenting their concerns and helping in establishing a caring environment for the whole person. Promotes an excellent customer service experience, mentoring others in behaviors that establish relationship with all customers. Motivates team believes in the customer service culture and is able to create the WOW experience.
